Printer is a good unit, but has feed and line-up problems on business card forms. I like this particular model of printer and can get plenty of ink reasonable for it. I will just have to work out some of the imperfections…

A good hard working printer. Bought it in 2005 for my home office and its work great the entire time. Its still being used by one of my employees. works like a champ. Good job to HP for getting it right for once. Unlike every single one of there computers. It would be nice if HP would update the software though. Its been almost 5 years and the software won’t update anymore, but I’d still recommend this printer.

“Brother Compatible PC-301 PC301 Thermal Transfer Ribbon Cartridge, 250 Pages, Black”

This cartridge works just fine. The printing is a little glossy, not flat black like my previous cartridge but for 1/3 the price of one from an office supply store that is a small thing.
